I understand that nothing contained in this employment application or in the granting of an interview is intended to create an employment contract between Blue Ridge Homes and myself for either employment or for the providing of any benefit. I understand that if an offer of employment is tentatively made to me it is conditioned upon the successful completion of a medical examination, drug screen and criminal record check. I understand that if the results of the drug screen are positive, or if I refuse to consent to a drug screen that I will be removed from further consideration for employment. I understand that a Criminal Check will be completed and the results will determine eligibility of employment. I understnad that if employed, policies and rules which are issued are not conditions of employment and that the employers may revise policies and procedures, in whole or part, at any time.
I understand that reasonable accommodations will be considered for applicants with a qualifying disability during the hiring process. A reasonable accommodation is one which assists the individual in the performance of essential job duties and does not pose an undue hardship upon Blue Ridge Homes.
